POLISH SAUSAGES AND SAUERKRAUT1 (1 pound) can sauerkraut
4 medium or 2 long Polish sausages (kielbasa)
1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 cups water
Put all ingredients in a saucepan; simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
Makes 2 servings
